VIDEO: How to train with the Bionic Runner
We’re frequently asked how best to integrate the Bionic Runner into an existing running training regime. How many miles should you put in on the runner, as opposed to the road, for example? Whilst training varies according to each individual, and depends very much on your personal goals and base level of fitness, there are, in fact, a number of ways the Bionic Runner can be used to enhance your training.
For the last two years, we have been working with Rob Gardener, a level 4 track and field coach in middle and long distance running. Here, he shares his advice for those looking to embrace the Bionic Runner and take their training to the next level.
