How do I adjust the gears?
The front and back wheels should spin freely, without the brake calliper rubbing on the discs.
If you hear an intermittent rubbing sound, spin the wheel and check the rotor to see if it is warped. If it is warped, you should be able to straighten it by bending back the affected segment. Use a moderate amount of force at a time, until the rotor is re-aligned.
If you hear a constant rubbing sound, the brake calliper may be out of alignment. Loosen the 5mm retaining screws, centre the callipers on either side of the disc and re-tighten.
If you still here a constant rubbing sound, you may need to adjust the cable tensioners on the hand brakes.
