What kind of injuries are people using the Bionic Runner to help them with?
As many of you know, the Bionic Runner is designed partly with injured runners in mind. Whilst it is an amazing way to help prevent running injuries, it also allows injured runners to maintain running fitness whilst recovering. We're interested to know what kinds of injuries led you to purchase the Bionic Runner, and what kind of impact it has had on your injury and recovery.
I did not have an injury when I purchased the Bionic Runner, but I was spending a lot of time recovering from long runs which put me behind on my training schedule for a marathon. I am using the Bionic Runner to build up my running volume/load so I get enough training in without beating up my body and injuring myself before the race in March 2018. So far, very helpful.
