I've been a recreational runner for about 15-20 years. Have run a bout of 1/2 marathons, was going to start training for a full marathon and developed knee pain. I ran Cross country and track back when I was in college. Then after college ran 5k, 10k, half marathons and Ragnar races. I was looking for something to cross train with due to knee pain I was having from running. I do not have knee pain after using the Bionic Runner and still get a great workout from it.
